Standard Reference Kit

Millennial Net's Standard Reference Kits contain everything you need – software, hardware, and accessories – to set up a self-organizing wireless sensor network:

• System Software – Millennial Net's MeshScape system software forms the foundation of the efficient, responsive, and resilient wireless sensor network. The software is delivered on the end nodes, mesh nodes, and gateway hardware modules described below.
• Hardware modules – The Reference Kit delivers all the hardware modules you need to quickly set up a working star, mesh, or star-mesh hybrid sensor network, including five end nodes, three mesh nodes, and a gateway.
• Network Monitor – The Network Monitor GUI software allows you to set network and device operating parameters and monitor the status of the network components and their sensor I/O connections.
• API Library – A complete API library is provided to streamline development using Microsoft Visual C/C++ on a PC. For applications where the gateway connects to a third-party controller, MIllennial Net also provides libraries (pre-compiled Windows API library and Linux API library source), as well as application source code examples.
• Documentation – The documentation includes a Quick Start Guide to installing the software components, as well as a User's Guide which documents the API function calls and shows how to install the hardware, operate the Network Monitor software, and connect sensors to the end nodes.
• Accessories – The Reference Kit comes with batteries, AC adapters, cables, and antennas so that you have absolutely everything you need on hand to set up your network prototype.
